I met Amanda by chance. Someone had asked her if she could find out if my house was for sale because they had a family connection to it from when it was built. So she contacted me and we talked about what it was worth in todays market. I was quite surprised with the value. So we started the process of selling it. That person never responded to her again but she quickly found some one else who was interested. There was a long period of back and forth negotiating but she got the job done with both me and the buyer very satisfied with the results. Amanda found me a great lawyer for the closing and took care of the inspections and everything else. She is very knowledgeable in what needs to be done and how to get it done. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realestate agent.Richard O Williams
