Her expertise was extremely helpful. After looking at only a handful of houses, my wife and I found the one we wanted fairly quickly. Several of the houses we perused seemed questionable, but any issues with them were immediately apparent. All of that wasn't her fault in the slightest. My only complaint was as a first time home buyer, some of the paperwork side wasn't explained fully and/or skipped over.EX: Wife not having any photo ID whatsoever during the final closing signing. I received several emails that were so convoluted that the information needed was easily skipped over.Whether that is my fault entirely remains to be seen, but I still recommend her to anyone looking for a good, honest, will-fight-for-you agent.She got me an amazing deal on my house, with great terms on the contract.All in all, I am very pleased to have her as my agent.Thanks Joyce.
