Nav has exceeded our expectations of what a realtor is or should be. We began searching for homes on a very limited time frame with a different realtor and decided to break off the relationship after viewing countless homes that did not include a single characteristic that we were very specific about. Then out of nowhere, we meet with Nav to show us a home he was representing. From that very first interaction he thoroughly understood our needs and just 3 days later we had 5 homes scheduled for walkthroughs. He was very open about defects in a home he looks out for himself and defects that appraisers look out for. Very knowledgeable at such an early stage in his career its very impressive. He also has a wonderful team of very experienced and knowledgeable realtors around him that give the buyer tons of needed information. We closed on a wonderful property after working with Nav for less than 2 months, and we couldnt be happier after he negotiated a fantastic deal. As first time home buyers, hes helped us so much, hes become a friend to us.
