Due to my very specific needs in a house, it required that we look at a large number of properties. Chris was very patient and was just as thorough on the last one we looked at as he was on the first one. He was ALWAYS available to answer questions or to check on properties and he had a knack for finding houses that weren't the standard, right-out-of-the-want-ads houses. And when it came time to make an offer and hammer out details, he was a very strong, skilled negotiator. The bonus to the whole thing was that Chris is a very pleasant guy to be around, which made a process that can very taxing much more relaxed and positive. In my business, we are trained to be very careful about giving out recommendations because if the person or firm doesn't live up to your recommendation, that firm may come back to you. I not only have no problem recommending Chris to anyone, I have already done so many times!!
