Allison is an excellent real estate agent. She excelled at each stage of the process. She guided us with concern and maturity as we set the price for our house. She realized that we needed to be comfortable with the price but also offered market realities to us. She even took us to see a couple of houses that she said were our competition. Her staging of the home was outstanding and allowed the home to be attractive to a range of buyers. She staged each room to suggest uses of the room to prospective buyers and their families. She utilized some of our belongings but also supplemented them with additional items to appeal to a wider buyer population. She had an excellent knowledge of the neighborhood such as the schools, parks, shopping, etc. to give to buyers agents and to use in her private showings. Her marketing of the home was outstanding. She advertised and hosted an open house that was attended by over 70 people. I was impressed that the open house was advertised on the front page of the local newspaper along with a picture of the home. We appreciated the fact that she kept us informed of showings and of the feedback from the showings. We would meet personally every few days during the showing process. Her communication with us was excellent as offers were made. She helped us find companies to accomplish certifications needed and to correct a couple of deficiencies found in the inspection process. She was always willing to help. I could text her at any time of the day and she would respond. I just cannot imagine going through the sale process without Allisons help.
