Lydia .... proved that she will really get out those boxing gloves and fight on your behalf.... I had a situation in DC where the seller refused to give my deposit back Lydia's never give up approach kicked in and she did research and got statements from my lender which were an integral part of getting my money back without having to go through litigation. Lydia encouraged me .... she showed me lots of properties and didn't lose faith even when the going got rough. I would highly encourage anyone to chose Lydia as their realtor... she really goes to bat for you .. she is very knowledgeable and is very charming her approach when negotiating the deal is top notch and since she is a people person she can find solutions and answers to seemingly unfixable situations. I admit there were times I was very discouraged but Lydia found a solution and I was able to get my deposit back in full. I intend next year to buy my home with Lydia in DC when I am in a better financial position and have no doubt that Lydia will find me a place that I will be proud to call home. She has a real talent for finding beautiful properties at reasonable price points and then actually securing them in a seamless fashion. She is an agent you can depend on who goes above and beyond even when the going gets tough. I really cant say enough good things about Lydia ... do yourself a favor and call her today!!!
