I was very impressed with Susan Heller from the very start. I met her about two years ago when I invited her to come out to one of my properties to do an evaluation and show me comps. I have dealt with many realtors while living in Seattle WA area. I told her she reminded me of one of the top realtors in that market (which is VERY competitive there within the multi million dollar home range- which I was in). I found the very best in all of Seattle & now I have found the very best in Florida!She has the same qualities, she really connects and understands the art of communication and professionalism. She is not overly aggressive in non personal way, I could tell right away she has the gift of knowing and understanding people on every level.She was very knowledgable and had so many useful and creative ideas on her approach to sell my home. It was one of those really great "Ah Hah" moments...when someone gets your vision & actually expands upon it as far as the properties potential and how to emphasize the unique attributes of my property and how to market it best. She really listens, which is a excellent when you are placing your home on the market. She doesn't talk over you and force her opinions, she actually listens and analyzes, and then gives intelligent and valuable feedback.I asked her this year to list another one of my homes. The pictures are very beautiful, the description is excellent, and the house is getting a lot of attention to say the least. I am happy with Susan Heller as my realtor, and value her skills very much. You will not be disappointed when choosing her to sell your home. Have her walk your property and see how she points out the details you already want to emphasize as well as come up with options and ideas you hadn't even realized. (She's an outside the box type of thinker, but also has a very down to earth approach to viewing properties as a whole).Her team is quite loyal, which a great aspect to get your property sold. In short, she's incredible- I think she is by far the best realtor I have met in Florida by a landslide.
