Jim originally helped us sell a home four years ago when the market was not so good for sellers. I had to relocate for my job and his advice helped us to find a buyer quickly. There were issues with the home after the contract was signed, and Jim went above and beyond by helping me coordinate repairs and recommending reputable vendors to get the job done. Because of how he handled my sale, I choose Jim again when the time came to return to Missouri. It was a challenge trying to pick a home from 1300 miles away, but Jim did everything he could to help us make the right decision. He took the time to do a Skype walk thru on one home and did a video tour on another. Because we were unable to view the homes in person, we depended on that, along with his professional advice to make the right choice. The result was we found the perfect home to fit our desires, our budget, and our family. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Jim Stewart to anyone, whether buying or selling. In fact, I did recommend him to my in-laws and he did a fantastic job helping them buy a beautiful new home just around the corner from our new home.
