First-time home buyers, here! Although I had purchased a condo before, I was nervous about the home-buying process since there are so many more things to consider. Julie was there for us every step of the way with incredible response time, well-informed suggestions, and a truly thoughtful and lovely demeanor to boot. The home we ended up purchasing had incredibly tight turnaround requirements... After our first viewing, we learned that the sellers wanted all offers submitted by 6pm that day (!!). We wanted to be competitive with the offer, so Julie took the time to sit down with us and go through everything. She got last-minute comps/specs, & wasn?t rattled by the sudden & unexpected time crunch. That evening, we had to attend a friend?s birthday party; luckily we didn?t miss a beat, as Julie did the work for us! She sent us all that we needed to review & sign via DocuSign & called us immediately with the good news! Since Julie has been a Charleston realtor for a while, she has all the connections and recommendations a buyer could possibly need!
