My boyfriend and I just moved down here from Cleveland about a year ago and now we decided to buy a house. We are first time home buyers and knew nothing about purchasing a home. We met Mary at an event sponsored by the chambers of commerce, and we instantly clicked. So in a couple months we reached out to her, she gave us a list of brokers/lending agencies she has used before. After we met with our Broker, Mary was nonstop looking for a house for us/ and showing us a house. She was very very flexible with us, as I had a very busy schedule and could only see homes at certain times, but it didn't matter she would always meet us, and get to that showing! Every time I call her, or text her I get a response sooner than 15 minutes! She had great negotiation skills to get us our first dream home! Honestly if you choose another realtor you are missing out!!
