Shawn and Tiffany were absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I didn't have an ideal situation, being first-time home buyers, living in Florida, and looking for a house in the competitive market of Mt. Vernon/Burlington/Sedro Woolley, but this didn't seem to phase Shawn and Tiffany one bit. From the beginning of our search to closing, Shawn and Tiffany were always available by phone, text, and email, whether it was to answer our questions, check in on us, or relay the latest information. I was able to fly out to do some initial home searching and to scope out the area, and Shawn and Tiffany happily took me around the area all weekend, showing me houses, providing local information, and even giving restaurant recommendations! Shawn and Tiffany were very patient as we searched through dozens of listings, not concerned with making a sale, but concerned with helping find the perfect house for us. Because we were searching remotely, Shawn and Tiffany were always willing to go look at houses for us and video chat so we could see the houses. All of our family and friends thought we were crazy to buy a house without actually seeing it in person, but we put our trust in Shawn and Tiffany and were not disappointed. We are very happy in our first home, and can not thank Shawn and Tiffany enough for all their help!
