Esther, is an amazing Realtor, we had the pleasure to meet her an open house for a home she was selling. There is no doubt it our minds that us meeting her was part of Gods divine plan. I know shes definitely good because she convinced my husband to sell our home & hes hard to convince about anything period. We invited Esther to come over to our home and we discussed our options about selling. She always made us feel like we were not being pushed into doing something we didnt want to do. We immediately felt a good feeling in our heart & said lets go for it. We listed our home and it sold in 30 days. We had offers the first open house weekend & by day two we found our dream home. Our sale & purchase went so smooth it felt unreal. Esther is beyond knowledgeable & really made us feel like we were in good hands. We trusted Esther & would definitely use her again & will continue to refer people to her. The level of experience, expertise & quality of service we got from her is beyond what can be measured. Her service is remarkably & unquestionably higher than a 10 or and A+. Esther, is genuine & not a fake person but, dont take my word for it. Once you get the pleasure to meet her youll immediately be convinced because she has an amazing personality & a beautiful aura that grabs your attention . Youll find yourself losing track of time just talking because she will earn your trust and your business too. You can tell she loves her job because she does it so naturally its like second nature. She sells homes because she loves making peoples dreams come true. Its not just about making money with her its about helping you find a home not just a house. Esther, understands what it feels like for us the seller & buyer as shes been on both ends & has done this for more than 30 years. She definitely has empathy which is a gift you can not be taught its a God given gift that comes across in her as one of a kind customer service. Our first home purchase experience 17 years ago made us want to never buy a home again but, Esther changed a bitter sweet and earned our trust and our hearts that we went with her. We really werent looking to buy or sell we had just been going to open houses for a year just to look. It was like our family adventure we looked forward to seeing homes together . We had seen our fair share of homes which made it easy to find ours. Normally, I shop around for everything & would have shopped around for a Realtor but, Esther was the real deal, no hidden fees or undisclosed items. We didnt have to look no further with arms wide open we went with Esther and we are so happy we did. Our experience was the best! Trust me Looking at the homes & of course having Esther as your Realtor will definitely get you the house of your dreams.Esther told me dont worry the right house that is meant for you will be there for you, she said the house will speak to you. That is exactly what my mom would have said to me if she was alive. That was confirmation I was in good hands. I believe that by Faith whole heartedly & believe that no one can beat you from getting the house your meant to be in. Gods divine plan cant be tampered with. Dont ever confuse what you think you have to have with Gods plan he knows whats best & if you happen to not get the home you thought you couldnt live without rest assured like me that an even better house will come up. The house Esther helped us buy appraised for even higher than what we bought it for at the time of closing and has gone up since then. God, blessed us with our hearts desire & gave us more than we asked for. Esther, always answered our text and phone calls & always made us feel like we were her most important customer. Thats a level of excellency that cant be measured. Esther, made us feel like family. She works with an excellent Team, Ivan, Norma, Cinthia, Angel & Patty and everyone else on this amazing team including the Notary service & the awesome photographer. By the way, Esther even answered my text & worked on our loan while on vacation. Who does that really. You guessed right! Esther Leija shes #1. Esther, made everyone who walked through our home feel welcomed that they didnt want to leave my home and some even came back a couple times to talk with Esther. This team sets the bar off the scales. They are all well rounded and professional. Esther, is like the icing on cake. You got have her on your team. She was on my familys team and we couldnt be happier.Esther, has won our business, our Hearts and will forever be a part of our family. I'm so confident youll be happy with her & I highly recommend her from heart. You really wont find a more genuine Realtor than Esther.
