Originally I had worked with another realtor but when it came time to look at homes she was leaving the country for vacation and entrusted me with her associate, Gina. We had not anticipated on making any offers that day, we were just looking at homes and Gina was originally there to help us get into these homes. We set out to look at 12+ homes on a Friday afternoon with two little kids in tow in 100+ degree weather. Gina was both patient and flexible. She spent the afternoon showing us the homes and we surprisingly fell in love with one immediately. She submitted our offer on a property that was listed that same day on Friday and by Monday we had verbal agreement that our offer was accepted. Gina worked tirelessly in making sure all our questions and concerns were addressed. She worked at all hours of the day and night (weekends too) emailing, calling and texting us, our lender, escrow and the listing agents with any updates as we moved through the stages of escrow. She was very knowledgable and we looked to her for guidance during this process. Even though the listing agent, seller and their contracted escrow agent were very unprofessional and even delayed the paperwork, Gina and her team were able to pick up the slack and help us close 5 days ahead of schedule. All correspondences and signed documents were delivered quickly and correctly. Gina has helped us purchase our dream home where our family can thrive and grow in.
