I asked a friend of mine, who is a respected member of the community, if she could recommend a realtor. She said, The best realtor in the area is Kathi Rafters! From the moment we met Kathi, we felt comfortable with her. She presented her sales outline which she said included helping us stage our home, taking pictures, advertising in various online and other publications, and sending out cards letting the neighborhood know that we had listed our home. She followed through on all of her promises. Even though we had full price offers on our home within four days and had accepted an offer, she still made out some beautiful brochures and sent the cards out. I also have to say that Kathis photographer, Sunshine, was excellent at her job. She came in and looked at the house and then gave us tips on how to stage it while she got ready to take the pictures. Her pictures were awesome! She also took a video of the inside of the home as well as an aerial of the property using a drone. She made our home look elegant and inviting. I highly recommend Kathi Rafters as your Realtor to sell your home. She will be with you every step of the way. I was dreading putting the house up for sale; but, Kathi sold it faster than we ever imagined. Thank you Kathi!!!!
