I had gotten my grandmothers home after she passed and I didnt think I would get anything out of it. After speaking with Carmen, we put the home on the market, and it sold so quickly! I couldnt believe I was going to let the house go. She was knowledgeable, professional and she negotiated when she needed to. She has great communication, and went to the home when I couldnt, she went above and beyond. She got it sold for above asking price! I'm beyond happy with choosing Carmen and you will too.
