I accepted a job that immediately took me out of the area with the future plan of moving. I hired Dave to help with my house selling need, with the understanding of a past negative selling experience in another state. I basically turned my house key over to Dave and left the area. In under 40 days we accepted a reasonable offer and in under 90 days we closed. Dave kept an eye on my home weekly and was instrumental in helping get small items done after the buyer home inspection. Furthermore, the buyer provided no flexibility on closing and Dave was able to pull a rabbit out of the hat on the 12th hour and find me a moving company. Dave also found an error in my annual tax that did not include the homestead exemption and I was able to file for prior year recalculation and future refund. I recommend Dave to anyone selling a home that wants a true warrior and someone in their corner. Thank you Dave!

To say I was pleased to have David as my realtor would be an understatement! When my husband and I began this process, I was in the Alexandria area but my husband was away for work. David worked with him over the phone to figure out what we wanted in a home and set up meeting times so we could "hit the ground running" when my husband returned. David then scheduled multiple showings of homes that fit our criteria while working around our busy schedules. When we found our dream home, David made the process easy for us. His recommendations on offers, inspections, and appraisals were invaluable. But David didn't stop after we signed. If we needed work done at our house, David would send a list of licensed professionals in the area that we could contact. Buying a home, especially your first home, can be stressful.
