They say a good agent makes a difference in a house search process. I don't know how true this is in general, but I do know that Viktoria made all the difference in ours. I won't tell you that our process was stressless and quick - it almost never is in this market, especially if your resources aren't limitless. But fast forward a few months, and we are now happy owners of our first house. Having Viktoria's support was priceless aEUR" she gave us the guidance, energy, and optimism we needed to keep going. Without exception, she always put our financial interests on top of everything else in every little detail, big or small. And without fail, she demonstrated patience and gave us the space to slow down or pass on houses that we didn't feel strongly about. And thus, despite all the typical frustrations that come with the process, we've never had to second-guess Viktoria. She was there when we needed her, and she showed the same kindness to selling agents, lenders, and other stakeholders as she did to us. Maybe there are occasions when these qualities don't matter, but at least in our case, her kindness was the deciding factor in getting picked and in closing on the house we wanted.
