Nancy was amazing! As a first-time home buyer, I let her know that I wanted to work with a realtor who would help guide me through the entire process, and Nancy went above and beyond. She took the time to sit down and go over what I could expect and all the paperwork I would receive. I cant overstate how helpful that was as it would have been overwhelming to try to sort through the mountain of disclosure paperwork on my own. Throughout the search and offer phase Nancy was always extremely responsive as she was always just a text away for any questions, and never made me wait with any updates. Purchasing a home, while exciting, can also be very stressful; but Nancy was always so on top of things that I knew all bases were covered. She made everything go smoothly, I really couldnt have asked for a better realtor to be a part of this process with me.
