We were considering buying a home and Seth was our first thought for a knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. This is our 4th home.purchase. We told him what our wishes and criteria were and he immediately found us several homes to consider. We ended up finding a house that was literally around the corner from where we are currently. He gave us his expert knowledge on the market and the area and helped us negotiate a perfect deal. Our offer was accepted overnight and he negotiated some minor repairs.
