Buying a home in Beaufort County is not for the faint of heart. Buying a home at Lands End is even more challenging. Through every bit of red tape and every unexpected hurdle, Eva Lewis was a true force of nature. She is a wonderful person and an extraordinary realtor. I genuinely love this woman and feel lucky to have worked with her. We faced titling problems, engineering problems, reports that were done incorrectly, and an endless parade of people who minimized concerns or failed to communicate. Eva never once complained. There were so many opportunities for frustration and so many people she could have pointed fingers at, but that is not who she is. She simply kept moving forward with kindness, clarity, and encouragement. Eva stood by me for five months and through three different homes. One seller could not complete what was needed for appraisal. One home could not be detitled and was removed from the market entirely. The home I finally purchased had reportedly been bought and sold multiple times, but we later discovered the title was still trapped in an outdated chain that created a major legal delay. Eva supported me through every part of that process with steadiness, encouragement, and constant communication. She was right there every time insurance companies pulled out or refused coverage because of the location. She always found another path. She was responsive, uplifting, and genuinely supportive when the process felt hopeless. She cheered me on through everything. I truly do not know how I would have made it through this without her. Eva is a dynamo. She is compassionate, smart, tireless, and fiercely dedicated to her clients. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Working with her was a gift.
