She created a strong internet presence which included a drone video, (one of the first agents in the area to employ this technology), along with more traditional tactics. In fact, it was this multi-pronged approach developed and implemented by Peggie that directed the eventual buyer to an open house. Peggie was excellent to work with. She listened very well to our needs and provided great options for us to look at. Peggie was very communicative and easy to reach through email, text, and phone as we were relocating from out of state. She spent an entire weekend with us when we were only in town for two days to look for a house. She was flexible when we had last minute requests, and she guided us through the buying process very effectively. Our house was in the final stages of closing when the quarantine began, and she was able to address and answer all our concerns during the unprecedented time.
