We were very impressed and pleased with the service of the whole Pro-Gulf team. Pro-Gulf is not one realtor agent but a team of 4 professionals who all contributed to our effort. Being from out of state, we depended heavily on the team's knowledge of the market, the area, the process, legalities, and many other things we were not familiar with. We began working with Ann over a year before we eventually closed on our home. Her portal and property alerts/notices kept us up to the minute with properties on the market that fit our criteria. The Pro-Gulf team gives you an invaluable book, created and constantly updated by Lorrie, that is FULL of great information; everything from estimating your closing costs, recommended local service providers (e.g., roofers, locksmiths, home inspectors, pool maintenance), local beaches, you name it. We will use this book for years. The process is complicated and full of "gotcha's" and without Ann and team I don't think we would have landed our home. We feel blessed by their honesty, integrity, and their ability to help make a stressful home-buying process fun. We plan to rent this home out in the coming months, so now it's time to talk to the Pro-Gulf team about that process and hopefully partner with them again, this time to act as our property manager.
