Reid was super proactive in finding properties that met our exact expectations and requirements. He even humored us and took us to see some that I found online that were truly masterfully photographed but unfortunately horrific in person. We sat down with Reid in mid-January, completely unsure of what we wanted or where we wanted to move to and we closed on a house that is absolutely perfect for us in the first week of March. Reid took us to a bunch of different properties and was really knowledgeable about each one. He sent us new listings to look through and even found some for us on his own time that were really great picks! My husband and I aren't super great at negotiating and every time I thought our dream home was a doomed deal, Reid helped us out in understanding what to expect, what to be firm on and what to compromise on. It was just really great. I have purchased a home before and that experience was a complete disaster compared to our experience with Reid. He dumbed things down for us when we didn't understand and seemed to really go out of his way to make sure he was available whenever we needed him or had any questions. He was always easy to get in contact with and always pleasant and friendly. Definitely, DEFINITELY recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a home. Especially first-time home buyers. He pretty much made everything that seemed like it should have been a massive headache about searching for and closing on a home a breeze. I was younger when I purchased my first home and my agent had been an agent for quite some time and though she was a good agent, the process was hectic and confusing. Reid is actually a relative newcomer to the Knoxville area market and seemed far more motivated, knowledgeable and willing to find out whatever he didn't already know or wasn't 100% certain about than most other agents I've worked with or talked to. My husband and I were continually impressed. We highly recommend him and you WILL have a good experience with Reid as your real estate agent.
