As a first-time homebuyers couple, we are so glad we had Hirvin as our agent! We met Hirvin and Deliri through a referral and it was definitely a no brainer after our initial meeting to work with them. Hirvin was very respectful, knowledgeable and straightforward. We really appreciated their initial presentation and the time after to answer all of our questions. It was very nice to get a visual of how the process would look like plus detailed information of how Hirvin and his team would be assisting us along the way. From the start Hirvin let us know that the relation between us was beyond making a sale, and he truly stood to that. We never felt like just a number, and that meant a lot to us. We knew we wanted to buy a home in San Jose and have Gilroy as our backup city. Hirvin sent us some great options and after one weekend we tour homes in San Jose and Gilroy. We talked about our options and the possibility of having a shot at the San Jose house. And something that we really appreciated about Hirvin, is how patience he was with our back and forth in deciding if we truly wanted to place an offer at the San Jose house. He let us know that he was here for us, and he will fight for us if the San Jose house was what WE truly wanted, that was key for us! We placed the offer for the San Jose house and thanks to Hirvin and Deliri strong skills and truly being great of what they do, they secured our home! And let's not forget of how prompt they were at every move, never left us hanging with any questions, concerns or doubts. We are a Happy family with the purchase of our new home!
