I was very impressed with and fortunate to work with Nathan who helped me locate and purchase a home.Nathan reached out to me before I came to Florida to look at homes and set-up a MLS search area for listings similar to what I had told him I was looking for. The searches allowed me to share notes and save favorites so Nathan could hone in on what I was looking for. He is very energetic and kept in contact and helped form a game plan for when I came to town so that we could maximize the showings. He cleared his day when I came to town and had everything scheduled and ready.Nathan usually had the answers to my questions and if he didn't he made sure to get an answer. During the offer process, he kept on top of everything and kept in contact with the listing agent. My guess is I got the house which had multiple offers because of Nathan's follow through.Both Nathan and his back office made the closing process as painless as possible.I would definitely recommend Nathan if you are looking for a realtor.
