Mr Fernando Viteri, provided accurate market, product and inventory information about Sarasota real estate. He made an inherently stressful experience bearable. He quickly responded to our communications via phone, email, or TEXT. His great organizational skills helped us navigate an unfamiliar Florida real estate process. His winning personality often made our experience of purchasing a Florida property fun. Unbelievable, I know.Fernandos willingness to work extra hard for us made the sale. We have spent our winters in Florida rentals for the last six years and for the past three or four we devoted some of our vacation time to investigating ownership.
