My fiancA(C) and I decided to sell our townhouse to upgrade in to a larger home and start a family. After hearing about Todd working with other home owners in our area and seeing their success we decided to give him a call. From the minute we met Todd we could see he was truly a professional in all areas and he had that drive and determination to get the job done. Not only did Todd sell our home with in the first few days of it being listed, but it created a bidding war and we received a final offer well over the asking price and higher than any comp in the area! The transaction was smoother and easy. Todd also represented us on the buying side as well. He was there 24/7 to answer any and all questions we had. We found the perfect home to move in to and the transaction was once again smooth and easy. We have used Todd to purchase our first home and were extremely satisfied with the process. This time we were in a different situation, we were selling our home for the first time as well as starting the process to purchase another home. What we thought was going to be simple became very complex and Todd guided us with his outstanding knowledge of the business. When Todd first listed our home, the listing itself knocked out the competition! He went above and beyond to make it the best listing in our price range. We sold our home in less than 2 weeks! He stayed on top of the buyers agent, making sure we were protected and keeping our best interest at heart with complete professionalism. Meanwhile we were trying to find our new home, which was difficult with our wants, in the price range we were in. He not only helped us find that but helped us find it quickly. We truly feel it was because of him that the seller accepted our offer, he was quick, through, professional, and on top of the whole process from beginning to end.
