Kellie was simply amazing. We changed course a few times in search of a home in the Southland and she handled each detour with patience, grace and professionalism. Her responsiveness was off the charts. It felt like she was always available for us and that we were her only client. She always answered the phone when we called and responded to text messages within seconds or minutes. Not only was the level of service she provided top tier, she also is incredibly knowledgeable about her craft. She almost always had immediate answers to our questions and the few times she didnt, she got back to us in short order. Shes as proactive as you could want, typically thinking a step or two ahead and taking action. Shes also a brilliant negotiator. Her strategy to make offers on two homes simultaneously that we liked since the same agent represented both sellers resulted in both offers being accepted without a counter offer. That meant we had a choice of either home at the price and terms we wanted. If you want a phenomenal real estate agent to buy or sell a home, you should hire Kellie.
