As a first time buyer, the idea of going through the home buying process was daunting, to say the least. My fiance and I are a little picky and we only need a house around 100,000, so it took us more than half a year to finally find a place we really like. We always asked she to show us homes on weekend, and sometimes called her late at night for advice, she is always patient and helpful. And we are foreigners, so basically we knew quite a few about what we need to know about a house and on which items we need to pay attention at first. Peggy is very helpful and professional, she checked the conditions of the houses, average price in same area and compared them to conditions of previous sold houses, to give us a estimated amount of offer. And sometimes when the sellers asked more than the we wanted to offer based on the estimation, she was the most calm person and always advise us not to pay higher than the current market value because we are going to sell it in a few years after all, we feel she is really working on ours behalf. And she did all the paperwork and also kept us updated on everything so we knew exactly what's going on. I recommended her to my friend, and he likes her, too.
