We had the opportunity to work with Bill Louis of Obsidian Realty Group in the fall of 2019 and could not have been happier with the service he provided us as our realtor. I have moved a number of times throughout my career and have to say that the majority of realtors I have worked with are in it to do the least amount of work and cash in on the biggest commissions they can get. I did not see that mentality in Bill. He was overly attentive to our needs and made sure to follow through on whatever needed to happen in order to get our home to close on time. We were looking at purchasing a property with a lot of special details which became hurdles to closing on time. Bill made our needs in this property his top priority and was able to get all the answers needed and take care of problems we encountered. I can honestly say that he went above and beyond on numerous occasions to help us out. I highly recommend Bill as a buyer or sellers agent as I know he will do his absolute best to take care of you through your real estate transaction. His local knowledge of the SW Montana area is top notch and he will do for you what he did for us. Thank you Bill!
