I must say looking for a house is quite an experience, as well as a challenge . Whether it be a starter home , or looking for the perfect home to spend your retirement in. One thing is for certain, when it comes to the home you want to live in , why settle for something just ok. Raquel isn't like the typical boring realtor . Most realtors want to put MINIMAL EFFORT into helping you find your dream home . Most realtors don't want to waste countless hours with you to find your perfect house you want to live in . Most realtors don't care about your needs and wants . Most realtors just can't wait for you to sign the papers and settle for something you don't want . And finally , most realtors can't wait to be done with you and your signature , so they can cash that commission check. Well I demand more than that. I know I'm high maintenance . And I know I'm picky . And most of all I don't settle for anything less than what makes me happy . I don't settle for " just ok " . That's why I was drawn to Raquel . She might seem high maintence and high energy , but that's exactly what makes her great at what she does . She looks for what YOU really want , what YOU really need. She knows how to channel that energy into doing what she does best , closing . Closing with people who are happy with there homes , and experience with her . She doesnt settle for anything less . So yes you might look at lots of houses before you find the perfect one , but I'd rather spend that time with someone as picky and as needy as me . Rather than someone who's just waiting for my signature . I was super pleased with Raquel's tenacious attitude, as well as her energetic and fun personality . Most of all I was pleased with her attention to detail in knowing that I wouldn't settle for anything else that what I was looking for .
