Karson Klaur has a great agent from beginning to end! Karson remained incredibly patient with us amongst months of twists and turns and indecision, never pushing us one way or another or making us feel crazy! We eventually settled on the idea of selling our current 5 acre property with a small home and look for another larger home on similar acreage. Karson was there every step of the way for us both selling this house and buying the new one and helped keep the entire transaction smooth, negations clean and simple, and helped us get the house of our dreams! Karson is great to work with, excellent communication and politely tolerated all of our probably annoying pestering throughout the entire process ;) Thank you Karson for everything and we highly reccomend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!

What a fantastic Agent! Karson out did himself. We had our house on the market for a little less than a week, accepted a solid offer, and the house was sold. What was most important is that we had a 21 day escrow, so everything had to come together in such a short amount of time. And by all means it did! He was very involved in the community which helped when we had to get a few things done to our house and time was the essence. When we interviewed him, I wanted someone I knew who would have our backs, take charge and get the job done! Karson was more than successful at all of these tasks. We had our house on the market in the months before, but we had no success, and I felt that our agent wasn't looking out for the best for us. So when we decided to relist the house, we thought that it would be good to go with someone local. I choose Karson because he was persistent during the time our house was off of the market. And as soon as I met him I knew he was going to be our realtor. Karson not only helped sell our home, he helped out with our dog during the times we would have repairs, inspections, etc., etc...One wag and two barks for you Karson!
