Brandon Niemela and his team were phenomenal! Where do I began with how great Brandon and his team were to me during my first home buying process? To be honest, the first positive thing that comes to mind is consistency. I never felt like I had to chase Brandon to help me find the right home. He/his team were on top of it from the first initial introduction to closing day. I received daily alerts of homes that were customized to what I was searching for. Brandon's team sent me messages and/or called me for any information that was needed to keep my files up to date. All my questions were answered even when I asked the same questions over and over again. Brandon and his team never made me feel stupid or less than about buying a home. They were very kind and patient when I got overwhelmed. I didn't feel like it was just business. Brandon and his team genuinely cared about my needs for my first home. When I decided to shift gears with the type of home I decided to settle for, they encouraged me to see all the benefits of owning a home no matter how big or small. Just a very kind and wholesome group of people. Brandon and his team proved that there are genuine, kind, honest and humble realtors out there that truly care for people and love what they do. I got way more than I expected. I am grateful that I found the Niemela team. I hope to work with Brandon again on my real estate goals in the near future.
