Bobbie Jo made my first home buying experience memorable and minimally stressful. Buying a home was both exciting and overwhelming. I couldn't imagine my experience without Bobbie Jo. She was committed to my vision for my home and was attentive to updating and changing our searches based upon the information she would glean from us touring other homes. She was always available to discuss and plan home tours and the couple of times I had to leave her a voicemail, she responded within less than an hour of my call. She made touring homes fun and fit them into my busy schedule. She remained objective and was honest about the homes. She even identified shortcomings that I would have not even considered. If she didn't have an answer, she was always willing to reach out to another agent and her colleagues at Remax. She helped me find my home in a short timeline and was appropriately aggressive given the area I desired. When it came to making an offer, counter offer, and ultimately purchasing my home, she was very professional and helped me understand all the terms. The documents were prepared without flaws and I was able to sign them remotely. During the inspection process, she was able to provide me with suggestions and sought additional information and opinions from other professionals regarding my requests to remedy the home. By the time I closed on the home, we had become good friends and I was happy to celebrate with her when I got the keys to my new home. Since then I have been happy in my new home and appreciate the continued communication and contact I receive from her office. Bobbie Jo is enthusiastic and trustworthy. She is committed absolutely to her job and is engaged at every step from beginning to end. Her attention to detail and spunky personality make her feel like part of your family throughout the home buying journey. She was the perfect companion for the largest purchase of my life.
