I don t even know where to start, this guy is truly amazing and the best at what he does. Trust me, I know as I ve been through multiple agents throughout this process. Matthew made me feel like I was his only client although he had multiple, for sure. He was always one call away when I needed him. Although I went through a couple mishaps in the loan process, he never stopped fighting. Other agents walked away so fast after my loan didn t go through in the past, but Matt was different. He sent me a lawyer who was able to help me find the best suited lender for me. While working with the lawyer Matt kept in contact with the seller s agent to make it possible to save a deal that was sure to go down the drain. He didn t give up after 3 lenders rejected my loan nor when the sellers denied moving forward with the process due to the failed attempt with the loan. Matt fought for my deal as if he was fighting for his own. How he managed to get me $30,000 off my home, I don t know, or get the sellers to give the deal another shot is beyond me; I m just happy he did. I thank God I never gave up after other agents walked away or after a few failed loan processes because if I did, I would have never found Matt and would not have been living in my dream home today.
