Outstanding Customer Service and Work Ethic!!!I've bought a few properties over the last few years in the Charlotte area before meeting Doug. So I have worked with a lot of real estate professionals in the past. With that said, here is what I loved about working with Doug and why I feel he is different then most agents. First off, I found he is up every day at 5am, you never have to wait for a response from him he is on top of his game bright and early. Second, My loan turned into a nightmare. I've never seen anyone work so hard to help out a client. He was there every day waiting to help, calling loan officers, sending emails, meeting inspectors, whatever! Lastly, I never knew how many clients Doug was working with at the time of my purchase, but he always made us feel like we were the only ones!
