We were first-time buyers & Rick Nelson was the luckiest break we could have had! He had answers for all of our questions and (better yet) knew what other questions to ask!! He was incredibly responsive, texting and emailing within minutes to hours, always keeping us in the loop for the next steps.He listened and understood our physical restrictions by limiting the homes he offered for our consideration to ones that would fit our needs and our budget, saving a lot of time. We only needed to view three houses in person before we locked in on our purchase. He is efficient, organized, and knows great inspectors (shoutout to Tim Krof). Rick made sure we know he is still here support us, now after the sale, by pointing us towards competent local contractors and tradesmen. Rick is personable, asking us to think of him as our "local dad" as he drove us to all of our showings and signings.Bottom line: he got us our dream home in the right location for under the appraisal and the listing price.
