Marc is the consummate professional. I found Marc through Yelp. We had just fired our realtor the day before after a fruitless and stressful 6 months looking for our first home. My previous realtor I felt didn't really know us or really understand our needs and after working with us for 6 months that just seemed unreal. We were ready to put an offer in on a house my husband loved that we had seen with the previous realtor, so Marc took us back to the house to see it. After walking through it with him we realized that this was not house for us and was about to make a huge mistake. Marc did not miss a beat. He understood our urgency and our needs. During the two weeks we looked with him, Marc dealt with all my breakdowns and frustrations in a very thoughtful way. Also, my husband works out of town a lot and Marc worked around his schedule and always made sure he did not make a move without confirming it with both of us. He answered every phone call and email within 5-10 minutes which was very important as I am teacher and my free time is limited during the day. Just by listening and watching our reactions to the houses he showed us; within 30 days Marc helped us find the perfect home for our family and close before our lease was up.
