If you are looking for a Professional Real Estate Agent, look no further. Obed Diaz is your guy. Relocating from the State of New York we weren't familiar with Florida, making that choice even more difficult. Through help of friends we contacted Mr. Diaz. He was responsive from the moment we reached out, he took the time to ask us what we wanted and where we wanted to be. Immediately after the initial conversation he sent us a listing. He always returned our phone calls in a timely manner and never seemed bothered by our many questions and or concerns. Allowing us to see trustworthiness in his interactions. He was honest every step of the way, even when situations aroused that were hard to comprehend or difficult to navigate. He negotiated with the previous owners and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He extended kindness, assurance, options; always informing us of the process. He also provided transportation for me when viewing times did not align with my husband's work schedule. Even after the closing on our home in Clermont in 2022 he was available to our needs. His willingness, and knowledge made stressful situations easier to understand; turning them into a pleasant experience .
