Austin did an excellent job as our real estate agent. We were purchasing a home in Virginia while living out of state (in Georgia) which can be an overwhelming process. Additionally, we pursued two homes, and both ended up being complicated and stressful. This was caused by the sellers agent in both cases. Austin was such a helpful advocate during the process. He answered all of our questions, and we had a lot of questions. He was quick with communication which was very important in a fast moving market. He also let us "talk things out" during complicated times in the deal, which was very helpful. I feel like good communication is essential in a real estate agent and I really appreciated that he both offered advice and listened. Additionally, he assisted our search in a broad area of Southwest Virginia, which is not the easiest task. He was also able to provide us with virtual tours of properties to see if we wanted to make the trip. This was invaluable in saving our time and money with travel. Overall, I am really grateful that we found Austin as our Virginia agent! I have had experiences with bad agents before, and part-time agents who don't really know what they are doing.... so I was very specific in what we were looking for in an agent. Austin exceeded our expectations! He is a good egg and someone you want to represent you and guide you through the process.
