Greg Ochoa, and his assistant, Janet Field recently aided us in purchasing a beautiful new lake-view home in South Lake Tahoe. We have known Greg for 5 years, and he has patiently helped us in an intermittent property search for "just the right" second home every summer since 2014. Greg, as mentioned, is patient and caring ... and is as much a personal friend as he is our Real Estate Agent. Janet, his assistant, was also tremendous in guiding us thru the sometimes intimidating inspection and closing process. Both of these people are knowledgeable off the charts ... but it is their outstanding positive attitude, friendliness, and attention to sometimes "nervous-to-pull-the trigger" clients that made us feel like part of their family all along.
