I honestly was eating at McDonalds, in my sorrows, looking at the rental market when our mutual friend walked up to me. They asked me whats up and I told them that I was at a loss with the rental market. It was absolute madness this summer. They told me to hold tight and I will be receiving a call. I believe I got the call within an hour. You are very good at what you do. You are very professional and prompt. I think you always got back to me within minutes. We talked about what I was looking for and thats pretty much how the story started. We agreed to hang tight and jump in the market and be quick about it. I felt very comfortable with you. I appreciate the email market updates that you gave me periodically. I believe I received a new rental listing communication from you and not more than five minutes later I texted you about the listing. You immediately responded back and said one sec. You came back to me immediately and said I was number one on the list. I believe you made arrangements to check out the place the next day. We had the walk through and again all the boxes were checked. The next day I had a hand shake and a signed contract a week later. I honestly sat back and I just couldnt believe how fortunate things turned out. It was such personal attention. You definitely saved me some heart beats. Thank you so much Jodi.
