We're so happy we found Dave as our real estate agent! Early this year, we made the decision to move across the country from D.C. to Denver well aware we'd probably buy a house sight unseen. This meant we had to find a real estate agent we trusted, and Dave impressed us from the first call. He was professional, communicative, and extremely hard working. We sent him to at least twenty houses and he did an excellent job providing us with thorough video tours. He was always available for a call to answer our many questions, and when we finally put an offer on a house, he was with us throughout every step of the process. I almost forgot we hadn't physically toured the house! We've lived in Denver previously, but only for a year, and were thus pretty unfamiliar with the city. Dave had excellent advice when it came to neighborhoods, amenities, and other facets of the Denver housing market (on the east coast, we don't have Open Door, so I was extremely appreciative for his insight on that phenomenon. His advice absolutely saved us a lot of time and frustration!). When it came time to put an offer, he always had the documents and answers we needed immediately. After the sale, Dave continued to assist us when other real estate agents might've moved on to their next clients. He helped us find a contractor, inspector, and electrician! I cannot recommend Dave enough for anyone looking to buy in the Denver metro area!
