My fiancA(C) and I had the wonderful opportunity to work alongside Jerell for our home search. We reached out to him originally for one home but he was so honest and up front about the condition of the property that we knew we had to keep him for the length of our full search. Hes been nothing but knowledgeable and reliable. There were so many things that we didnt even think to look for that Jerell went around inspecting for like, do all of the switches work or the lifespan of the roof and the windows. Everything! He made sure to get to know our wants and needs and what we were willing to compromise on. When it came time for negotiations, he proved that he had us. We were terrible at negotiating and were a lot nicer than we should have been. He fought for what we really wanted when we were hesitant. He made sure that we didnt leave any stones unturned and no money on the table. Jerell was available to answer all of our questions and broke things down to us whenever we were confused and, trust me, we got confused a lot! It was great knowing that he never got annoyed with our endless stream of questions. This man was up at 8 am with us 6 days a week for two weeks straight looking at our list of homes. I'm not even kidding. He had no breaks. It took us four months to find our home but he was there communicating with us and for us 100% of the way. Oh, and, when we finally did close, he rounded up his son and Kim, the head of the team to help us move from our fourth floor apartment (no elevator) on a weekend on his sons birthday. If that doesnt speak on how wonderful he is, I dont know what else will. I couldnt give him any higher praise! We absolutely loved Jerell and will definitely be using him again when its time to sell our home! 10/10 would totally recommend.
