I wish all realtors were like Janet. I've worked with realtors on the buying and selling side in the past who did the bare minimum. I've even sold one of my properties without an agent because I had such a bad experience with another realtor, but if all realtors were like Janet, I'd never hesitate to use one! She has helped me buy and sell a property, and she always had helpful advice and was never pushy. She went above and beyond to line up contractors to get work done to help sell my place, and she even made concessions on her end to get the transaction complete when the other agent we were working with was being difficult. She is responsive and friendly and really advocates for her clients. Highly recommend her!
