Laura was very knowledgeable of the local market and found us a great home that fit our needs very quickly! It amazed me how she first profiled our needs and then within the same day identified a home that checked all of our boxes. She was also a very good communicator and follows through on all requests. When a particular item on the inspection list required a second look by a qualified professional, she met that person to make sure that the issue was completely addressed and resolved before telling us that we were good to proceed. Furthermore, because we were a first time home buyer in the state of South Carolina and were long-distance, we naturally had more questions in our own due diligence. Despite this, she always made herself available for my wife and I to call her- even on weekends. Laura is easy to get to know and it is clear that she does her homework on her market and knows not just what the available inventory is like, but what is a new listing. In our case, the home that we ended up purchasing was only on the market for a couple of days. Highly recommend!
