We cannot say enough positive things about Ben and M3 Realty. He was the key (pun totally intended) to finding the perfect home for our young family of 4. We were house hunting on our own for well over a year with no luck. When we started working with Ben, he right away got us set up with a Flex MLS account set specifically to our wants. After that, opportunities were falling into our lap. Ben was so patient with us?oftentimes taking us on multiple private tours a week, including late nights and ?hey this just came on the market, can we see it in 2 hours??. He is excellent. I have complete trust in him, and I felt he always gave his honest opinion. He would openly let us know when he thought we could find a better house, and we appreciated that because we really did find the absolute perfect house for us that also fit comfortably within our budget. He was with us through the entire process, which was such a blessing because, as first time home buyers, we literally felt like we were learning a foreign language. He answered all of our questions and expertly and patiently guided us into homeownership. We are ever-thankful for Ben and M3 Realty.
