I cant say enough good things about our experience working with Steven. My boyfriend and I were looking to buy our first home. We worked hard to make owning a home a realty, but we were a bit anxious about making such a big purchase and going through the entire process. Steven was with us every step of the way and made sure that we not only understood the process, but that we felt comfortable as well. He went above and beyond to explain everything in detail, and was extremely responsive whenever we reached out with new questions that popped into our heads (and trust me, we had a lot of questions). Buying a home during COVID-19 came with a lot of challenges (more competitive market, no open houses, etc.) but Steven kept us moving forward and on track. We chose Steven as our real estate agent because he is extremely client focused and really took into consideration what we were looking for in a home. He was always professional and was able to help us find ways to remain competitive in the market. We were able to buy in our number one choice of neighborhood and beat out multiple offers to purchase our home, and that was because Steven was constantly advocating for us and doing his research on what could get our foot in the door. I would 100% recommend Steven to anyone, especially if you are a first-time home buyer. You will be in good hands!
