She is the worst realtor I ever talked to if you are not looking to buy a very expensive house she don t care !!!!!! If your are a first time homeowners don t contact her look for someone else !!!!! She don t reply to text or phone call and when she do reply it s days later. I wanted to see some houses for sale she told me she was going to email me a list to pick from some houses from she never did and we was supposed to see house on the weekend and she blew me off didn t answer the phone or text Zillow contacted me to sent up a 12:00 appointment for Nina to call and she never did call . I called her three hours after she missed the appointment she sent me to voicemail and sent a text said I am on the phone will call you when I m done and of course she never did Overall very unprofessional

Nina Kendrick is very professional and helpful. I received email confirmation of appointment and calls to confirm. She research all comparable current listed properties. She s great at answering questions about the property. She gives good details of the property, explain benefits of homeowner warranty. Negotiate all offers, set time limit for loan approval and closing date. Prepare and convey counter offer. Fax copies of contract and all addendum to closing attorneys and title company. Fax copies of offer to purchase contract to lender, schedule appraisal, provide comparable sales used in market pricing. She follows up on appraisal. Made sure contract is signed by all parties. Coordinate closing process with buyers agent and lender. Update closing forms and files. Ensure all parties have all forms and information needed to close sale. Select location for closing. Request final closing figures from closing agent. Respond to any follow up calls and provide any additional information required.
