Tonya is a positive person, and always made herself available to me. She is highly resourceful and willing to go the extra mile to get the answers for me. She really understood how I think and gave me the space to formulate decisions without any force. She made me feel like a valued customer, and really wanted to help me get a fair price for this home. When the COVID-19 virus struck, she was extremely optimistic and positive throughout the setback. We learned a lot together, but in the end, she clearly helped me get a fair price and meet my objective in a crazy housing market. She works for a company that has an attorney, so I felt comfortable that she would provided me good legal counsel throughtout the process. We thought we gave Tonya an impossible task of finding us a modern/rustic woody home with yard (but no pool!) in a very specific area of Davis. She is a remarkable and thoughtful listener and really spends the time to understand our family needs. She is gentle yet proactive. After a few months, she found us our dream home - the one we thought we would've never been able to find.During the buying processing, we felt that we were in the best hands the whole time we worked together, and it's because we were!! She guided us every step the way, met us anytime and anywhere we needed, and promptly answered any questions we had.
